Season seven of Bones premiered on the 3rd day of November 2011. The show still maintained its previous plot and story line. It has been stated that in order to accommodate the pregnancy of Emily Deschanel, the season will only have seventeen episodes.

Participants in the game are competing for a prize of up to 10,000 dollars. The crime is solved by Finn, a former juvenile delinquent. He uses a new squint to link the evidence found in the stomach of a snake to laws of Physics. This link is what solves the whole case. However, despite his brilliance and contribution to the case, he is met with skepticism and hostility. In addition, Cam also questions her decision to give Finn a new chance.

The remains of a toy company female executive are found wrapped in a prince charming doll. The CEO of this company gives Sweets and Booth access to the company headquarter lab, where they find details of the personal life of the victim. Meanwhile, Brennan uses this case to understand the importance of toys in an attempt to understand if she will be a terrific mother. Sweets prepares for a gun certification test with the help of Daisy Wick, his girlfriend.
